With the New Year nearly upon us, it is important to look back on 2015 and understand what exactly transpired. From the very beginning, experts predicted growth, but few could have been more excited for the direction things went. While several variables contributed to what is widely believed to be a good year for the real estate industry, experts are more encouraged by what these trends have the potential to accomplish in the coming years. For all intents and purposes, the future of the industry is bright, and we may look back on 2015 as the year that turned things around.
