Install brushed nickel hardware on all original bedroom doors. Install new, converted, hollow core, 6 Panel interior doors on all sliding closets. Install new brushed nickel hardware on sliding doors along with sliding door hardware. Install new carpet flooring. Install new baseboard throughout. Install new ceiling fan with lighting. Clean and service windows (replace screens if damaged/missing). Paint per color scheme.
