Completely demo entire hall bath. Remove flooring. Install new vanity with countertop, under mount sink and single-hole faucet. Install toilet and bathtub with rain showerhead, regular showerhead, single-handle three-way shower diverter and single-handle shower valve. Construct niche cut out on wall adjacent to control wall and tile with corresponding accent tile. Install tile surround up to ceiling and around existing niche cut. Install wood frame mirror above vanity sink and tile the wall where the sink is from the vanity to the ceiling (do not exceed the width of the mirror). Tile the floor and seal with grout. Paint the entire hall bath and install new exhaust fan, vanity light fixture, accessories, switches and outlets.
