Install new roll up garage door where existing one is. Install new garage door opener. Inspect existing electrical in garage and repair/replace as needed. Ensure the door going from the garage to the house is fire rated and has a self-closing mechanism (if the existing is not, install one). Fire-caulk all penetrations from the garage to the house. Ensure garage door opens and shuts properly. Paint interior of garage white per color scheme.
