Construct a new (convert granny flat) garage per the attached plans. Install new roll up garage door where existing one is. Install new roll up garage door opener. Run new electrical wiring to the garage. Inspect existing electrical in garage and repair/replace as needed. Ensure the door going from the garage to the house is fire rated and has a self-closing mechanism (if the existing is not install one). Fire-caulk all penetrations from the garage to the house. Ensure garage door opens and shuts properly. Paint interior of garage white per color scheme.
