Inspect electrical in garage and repair/replace as needed. Ensure the door going from the garage to the house is fire rated and has a self-closing mechanism (if the existing is not install one). Fire caulk all penetrations from the garage to the house. Ensure garage door opens and shuts properly. Cut excess tar paper that's hanging in between beams. Paint interior of garage white per color scheme. Replace section of garage door and replace remote.
