Remove all debris in front and back yard. Remove all weeds in front and back yard. Remove giant tree from front of house (on sidewalk). Plant grass in the front yard to the right of the driveway only. Plant grass in the back yard. Install irrigation system. Install 3' planters along back block wall. Install 3' planters along covered patio wall. Install drought tolerant plants in all the planters. Trim all trees back to property line.
