Remove all debris, dead plants, and weeds from front and back yard. Remove all pavers and demo concrete pad outside of pergola. Install new irrigation system in front and backyard. Install new sod in front yard. Plant drought tolerant plants and flowers in front and back yard and add wood chips in planter boxes. Install privacy trees on the left hand side of the yard facing house.
