Exterior: Cut off scalloped detail on fascia, remove shutters and exterior window casing (not window sills), remove plant shelf from front of house, remove security gate from front door, remove corrugated panels off pergola, remove all av cables from exterior.  Complete all recommended termite damaged wood repairs. Install new exterior lighting. Install new front entry hardware on door. Install Doorbell kit at front door. Install new posts at pergola to increase height and add 2x2 across the top as detailed. Paint entire house per color scheme. Landscaping: Removal all debris in front and back yard. Remove all weeds in front and back yard. Sod in front and back yard.
