Remove all debris in front and back yard. Remove all weeds in front and back yard. Demo the tree at the front right of the house. Install sod in the front yard and maintain existing landscaping. Install wood chips in back yard. Drain and re-plaster pool. Refill pool and inspect and test pool equipment (replace if needed).
