Remove all weeds in front and back yard. Remove all debris in front and back yard. Keep existing landscaping alive and replace dead plants as needed. Plant drought tolerant plants, add wood chips to planters, test irrigation system (repair if needed). Inspect and test pool equipment (replace if needed). Maintain pool as it is in good shape.
