Remove plants that are in the grass area in the backyard. Trim all trees and palms. Trim bushes going down the hill in back yard. Remove bushes at the front of the house between driveway and front porch. Install new irrigation system in front and backyard. Install new sod in backyard. Plant drought tolerant plants in planter boxes. Install bark in all planter boxes.
