Demo the entire master bath. Remove wallpaper, light fixtures, flooring, outlets and switches. Install vanity with quartz countertop, undermounted sink and faucet. Install new elongated toilet. Install new hot mop shower liner and construct shower niche and tile. Tile shower surround and shower floor and grout accordingly. Install handheld and regular shower head on the control wall. Install two new shower valves and custom shower trim kit on control wall. Install tile flooring throughout the entire bath and grout accordingly. Hang new mirror above the sink and install bathroom accessory kit. Install vanity light fixture and new ceiling exhaust fan. Paint according to the color scheme and replace switches and outlets.
