Demo the entire bathroom. Remove wallpaper, light fixtures, flooring, outlets and switches. Install new vanity with corresponding countertop, sinks and faucets. Install new elongated toilet bowl Install new bathtub, construct niche cut out next to control wall and use accent tile inside (grout accordingly). Tile shower (subway style). Install a regular shower head on the control wall and put a hand held rain shower head on control wall. Install 2 new shower valves and shower trim kit on control wall. Install tile flooring throughout the entire bathroom (subway style) and grout accordingly. Hang new mirrors above the sinks and install bathroom accessory kit. Install vanity lights above new mirrors and new exhaust ceiling fan. Paint according to the color scheme and replace switches and outlets.
