Demo the entire master bath. Remove wallpaper, light fixtures, flooring, outlets and switches. Install new vanity with corresponding countertop, sink and faucet. Install new toilet and drop-in bathtub with faucet. Construct new shower pan. Install a regular shower head on the control wall and a rain shower head above the newly constructed shower. Install new shower glass door and surround. Install two new shower valves on control wall. Install tile surround on wall adjacent to control wall, shower floor (2x2), around tub and tub skirt. Construct niche cut out on wall adjacent to control wall in shower and fill with accent tile. Install accent tile on control wall. Instal tile flooring throughout the entire master bath (subway style) and grout accordingly. Hang new mirror above sink and install bathroom accessory kit. Install can light fixture and new ceiling fan over shower. Install vanity light fixture above mirror. Paint according to the color scheme and replace switches and outlets.
