Make sure all plumbing, gas, and electrical are installed for washer and dryer. Coordinate installing new vanity (CT Homes to provide and install). Coordinate installing new granite counter top. Install new square flush mount/drop-in sink. Install new wood frame vanity mirror (match vanity cabinet). Install new faucet and elongated toilet bowl. Install new vanity lighting and exhaust fan. Tile floor, use bone colored grout, and seal. Paint per color scheme.
