Demo bathroom completely and remove flooring, wallpaper, switches and outlets. Install new vanity, sink and faucet. Install new toilet. Install new tile flooring (subway style) and seal grout accordingly. Hang a new mirror above the sink and install bathroom accessory kit. Paint according to the color scheme and replace switches and outlets.
