Tear off existing roof system. Install new OSB Sheeting as needed. Install new starter board and fascia as needed, install new 30lb Felt paper and install new drip edge (Color to match trim paint color). Install new 30-year Dimensional Shingles and ridge cap (charcoal in color) and seal roof pipes and vents and paint to match roof (Use appropriate UV Paint).
