Tear off existing roof system. Install new osb sheating as needed. Install new starter board and fascia as needed. Install new 30lb felt paper. Install new drip edge (color to match trim paint color). Install new 30 year dimensional shingles and ridge cap (charcoal in color or CT Homtes to approve). Seal roof pipes and vents and paint to match roof (use appropriate UV Paint). Sweep and inspect chimney. Install heat shield, chimney cap, and water proof (if needed).
