Tear off composite roof system. Install new OSB sheathing. Install new 30lb felt paper. Install new drip edge. Install new 30 year dimensional shingles and ridge cap (charcoal in color or CT Homes to approve). Seal roof pipes and vents and paint to match roof (use appropriate UV Paint). Install new starter board and fasica as needed. Sweep and inspect chimney. Install heat shield, chimney cap, and water proof (if needed).
