Is your real estate website big enough to compete?
Marketers, major real estate portals and top real estate investing pros and Realtors have been and are busy dramatically expanding their websites to boost their search engine rankings, with many going for 100 page plus websites. How does the breadth and depth of yours compare?
First off it is important to note that you can win plenty of real estate investing business with a simple 5 page website or even a single landing page but once you have that mastered there is definitely a lot to be said for expanding your content in order to maintain the top spots on Google and Bing.
Daily blogging is certainly one of the best ways to be constantly adding the stuff that Google loves; fresh, new content. However, once you are blogging every day and perhaps even have branched out to creating additional blogs adding more depth with additional web pages can be a smart move.
However, whatever you do, don’t try to cheat and just start throwing up cheap junk in mass. This will only ultimately sabotage your results and could get your website shut down; burning not just a lot of time and money invested but throwing you back to the drawing board to start from scratch with a new brand. Always put quality first.
So what additional information and pages can you add as a real estate investor?
Remember it needs to be relevant and by honing in on the best keywords you should be able to come up with some great content which drives real traffic and leads too.
