This property was listed on the MLS. We were looking for properties that would make good short term rentals. This property is in the perfect location close to Arizona State University and also Tempe Diablo Stadium for Spring Training games. We funded the deal with conventional financing. The house had been recently remodeled and had 5 bedrooms but only 2 bathrooms so we added a third full bathroom and moved the laundry and water heater to closets in the house. We also added turf and a putting green in the backyard making it a great outdoor area for families.
