By selling an inherited industrial building through a 1031 exchange, EQ Property Solutions, LLC and WATEN Investments, LLC was able to buy 6 single-family residences in Memphis, TN. Two of the properties are renovated condos in a gated, 1929 remodeled stone building. We worked with a residential turnkey company to purchase another two. With a well respected and experienced realtor team, native to Memphis we purchased the others and they coordinated the entire process/deal. Due to the number of properties, 4 owners, a commercial lender and the 1031 exchange mediator, plus negotiating with all the peripheral entities involved in purchasing real estate ((insurance, inspections, legal, title), we have gained tremendous experience and knowledge to provide our clients, colleagues and industry professionals with win/win solutions, delivered with care and the intent to foster peace of mind.
