I funded the deal with a hard money lender and private lenders using a fractionalized note for The Gap funding. $27,000 worth of repairs were completed. All interior work dash new paint, carpet, kitchen & bath gut. This was a condo two blocks down the street from where I live and is great area tons of walkability, restaurants, and bars.
