We found this property on the MLS it was a bank-owned property and had been on the market for a long time probably because it was only 550 sq ft!!. We had 2 lenders pull out a few days before closing but luckily we found a local lender who was able to help us close. We had to do a lot more than we expected in this project and it ended up being a full gut, new insulation throughout, sister the floor joists throughout the property, removed a wall between the existing living room and only bedroom, and changed the layout to create 2 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living space we added a new deck off the kitchen. We added a murphy bed to create a multi-function room, plus a murphy door into the mechanical closet for additional storage.
