We purchased this property off of the MLS using a smart map system that shows high equity homes. This was our first time investing in a retirement community (55+) and we experienced many challenges. The house was completed during the start of summer and was harder to sell because most of the snowbirds left for the season. The rehab turned out beautiful and was on the 7th fairway of a private country club. We found just the right owner and they’re very happy with their new home.
