Konrad Sopielnikow
Konrad Sopielnikow, is the co-founder of FortuneBuilders Inc., CT Homes, LLC, and Equity Street Capital. Konrad has over 16 years of professional experience in the real estate investment and lending industry. He is the founder and principal in several real estate investment companies and has been involved in over $1 billion dollars of real estate investments during that time frame. Konrad has experience in many facets of real estate investment including operations, legal, accounting, systems development, IT, raising capital, and investor relations.
Konrad and his two business partners Than Merrill and JD Esajian founded their first real estate investment company CT Homes LLC in 2004. Over the past 18 years the company has specialized in acquiring, developing, and re-selling distressed real estate. Throughout the year the company has between 25 and 40 ongoing real estate development project.
Konrad is also the co-founder of a commercial real estate investment company, Equity Street Capital. The company focuses on investing in income producing commercial property throughout the United States. Their commercial investments include apartment communities, retail properties, and office buildings. The company is focused on achieving attractive risk-adjusted returns while maximizing long-term capital appreciation. The company has acquired over $300 million dollars in commercial real estate in the last two years alone.
Konrad was born in “one of the most beautiful historic cities of Europe” (Krakow, Poland) and moved with his family to the USA in 1992. Konrad graduated from Yale University where he played football with his business partner Than Merrill. Konrad is married with three children and in his spare time he enjoys traveling and discovering new places, people, cultures and experiences.
