We found this deal while handing out business cards at a grocery store letting people know we buy houses for cash in the area. The gentleman we handed the card to was an investor with a vacant property he was looking to sell. He wanted to sell the property for $50K and we were able to negotiate it down to $48K. We wholesaled the deal to a cash buyer who purchased the property to use as a rental property.
